Students from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Iowa State University, and Purdue University participated in the Trotter and Associates, Inc. Shadow Day Program on Monday, and we got their Boots on the Ground!

The day was centered around real-world experiences. Engaging with TAI engineers, visiting project sites, learning about the work involved in those projects, and gaining insights into various career paths.
