Trotter and Associates, Inc. is proud to have Brett Baseley join our Civil Engineering team.  Brett has over 30 years of experience in various aspects of public works street projects. He has provided construction observations on projects involving FAU, /DOT, MFT and bond issue improvements specializing in roadway and underground utility improvements.

Brett has managed all phases of construction inspection, topographic surveys, construction layout, staking and drafting of plans and preparing documents for public works and street projects.  With Brett joining our team, TAI has even more boots on the ground to better serve our clients growing needs.
