Trotter and Associates, Inc. welcomes Carter Busch as a full-time Staff Engineer in our Lake Geneva, WI office! Carter graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering.



Originally from Minnesota, Carter is an Eagle Scout. While at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he was an Intern for the University of Minnesota Extension-Carver County. Carter was also a New Student Leader for UW-Madison’s class of 2026, requiring him to lead various programs in large and small groups.  We are excited about Carter’s passion for solving water and wastewater challenges and appreciate his energy and strong work ethic.
