Trotter and Associates, Inc. (TAI) has been engaged to oversee the City of St. Charles - Well #8 Expansion & Rehabilitation Project. This project is designed to improve water treatment capabilities and ensure compliance with radium standards. With an estimated construction cost of $16 million, the project involves drilling a new deep well to increase water supply, rehabilitating existing facilities, and optimizing the Well #8 Water Treatment Plant operations. TAI will manage all stages of the project, from preliminary design through construction, ensuring that the expanded facility meets the community's growing needs while maintaining efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory standards. This project is anticipated to start in fall 2025 and finish by December 2026.
