Trotter and Associates, Inc. would like to welcome Eli Winkle to our Civil Engineering team who will be working out of our St. Charles office. Eli graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.

We are especially excited about Eli joining TAI as he worked for us last summer as an Intern.  Eli’s upper level classes focused on structural engineering and water/wastewater treatment. At the University of Dayton, he was part of ETHOS Club, a community service club for engineers, as well as ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers).
