Trotter and Associates, Inc. (TAI) is working with Batavia High School to support the L.I.N.K. Program, designed to give students an inside look into the engineering field. TAI is committed to nurturing the next generation of professionals by offering them valuable real-world experience.

The L.I.N.K. Program at Batavia High School allows students to step outside the classroom and shadow industry experts, gaining hands-on experience that will benefit their future careers. Currently, 19 motivated students from Batavia High School are participating in internships across various fields, including Child Care, Real Estate, Health, Construction, and Engineering. Among them is senior Henrietta Schultz, who has chosen to intern with TAI. Throughout the spring semester, Henrietta will spend approximately 40 hours at TAI’s St. Charles office, visiting projects,  gaining real-world experience, and working on assigned project tasks.
