Trotter and Associates, Inc. is proud to welcome Amy Whitis.  Amy has a B.S. in Environmental Science from Indiana University, Bloomington and 5 years of municipal government experience specializing in project and program management.  She will be providing administrative support in the Lake Geneva and Fox Lake offices.
