Trotter and Associates, Inc. welcomes Matt Heise as one of the new members of our water/wastewater team. He brings 15 years of progressive experience with water & wastewater treatment systems and natural gas storage & processing. Matt earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) from Northwestern University.

Before coming to Trotter and Associates, Inc., Matt worked in renewable natural gas (RNG) operations. Also, he co-founded a startup focused on developing novel materials and processes to recycle heavy metals and critical minerals from hazardous waste. Matt is passionate about solving complex environmental and clean energy challenges with innovative and sustainable solutions. TAI is excited about the addition to our team and is looking forward to introducing him to our clients.
