Jerry Ruth, P.E. of Trotter and Associates, Inc., will serve as the 2028 Water Environment Federation (WEF) Delegate for the Illinois Water Environment Association (IWEA).

Jerry is a long-time member of IWEA, having served on the MAC committee as the past Vice Chair and the current committee chair. Jerry has worked in the water sector since earning a degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 2008. He is a Senior Project Manager for Trotter and Associates and has experience in planning, designing, and managing the construction of numerous wastewater projects.

This nominated position allows Jerry to continue working with IWEA, alongside the other dedicated professionals, to advance the fundamental knowledge of the Illinois water environment.
