Steve Cieslica, P.E., Vice President of Trotter and Associates, Inc. (TAI), is attending the APWA Public Works Expo (PWX) Conference in Atlanta, Georgia from September 8-11, 2024. At the conference, Steve will also represent TAI at the APWA Chicago Metro and Wisconsin Chapter meetings.
