Trotter and Associates, Inc. would like to announce that the City of North Chicago – Dugdale Road Water Main Extension bid came in under budget and was awarded to PATNIC Construction with a low bid of $635,122.00.

The City of North Chicago Dugdale Road Water Main Extension Project includes all labor, services and materials necessary for the construction of approximately 1,849 LF of 12-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch water main installed by open cut construction methods, including: pavement removal; tree removal; trench excavation; water main pipe materials and installation; valves and valve vaults; fire hydrant assemblies including hydrant and auxiliary valve; pipe bedding; trench backfill; pavement replacement; parkway restoration; HMA multi-use path; traffic control; water main pressure testing and disinfection; and all other work necessary for a complete and functional water main installation as shown, specified, or required.
