The Trotter Team will attend the official ribbon-cutting for the City of St. Charles' new Riverside Lift Station on Monday, September 16th. The Facility Plan completed in 2015 identified the replacement of the Riverside Lift Station as a priority for the City of St. Charles.

The project included demolishing the existing lift station (which was within the Fox River's floodway) and building a new, dual-wet-well lift station out of the 500-year floodplain. The new lift station includes an emergency backup generator, two 35 MGD bar screens, eight submersible pumps, a biological odor control system, and a bridge crane. The new structure also provides public restrooms, improved architectural landscaping, and access to nearby historical monument areas.

Trotter and Associates, Inc., is a consulting engineering firm that has been serving the City of St. Charles since the company was founded 25 years ago.
